The plans (Starter, Growth, Growth+) cover HR Business Partnering which focuses on the strategic and structural side of HR: designing how your people, processes, and performance align with business goals.
This includes organizational design, policy development, performance management systems (OKRs, KPIs, reviews), culture and leadership enablement, workforce planning, and advisory support for founders and HR teams.
What is HR Operations add-on about?
HR Operations covers the day-to-day execution and administration of your people processes: ensuring everything runs smoothly, accurately, and compliantly.
This covers things like employee onboarding and exits, leave and attendance management, payroll coordination and variance reporting, HR documentation, employee relations support, and automation of recurring HR workflows.
Can you work alongside an existing HR team?
Absolutely. We’re able to integrate seamlessly with your current HR team and plug all possible gaps.
How flexible is the retainer?
You can start small and scale as your team grows. Retainers renew monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan.
If you choose to upgrade, your new plan takes effect immediately and your billing adjusts on your next invoice.
If you decide to downgrade after paying annually, you’ll simply continue to enjoy your current plan until the end of the paid period. Your new plan will begin at the next renewal cycle; meaning you can still use up the remaining months you’ve already paid for.
